From the "Cuba Series" started in the early 1970s.
This work was created in 1976 using the Bicentennial Edition of the San Diego Tribune, published on July 4, 1976 (I was in the US Navy stationed in San Diego at the time). It was subsequently used as part of the application package to the School of Art at the University of Washington.
